Wow, it's so nice to see someone do something
constructive with their meager webspace at the University of
Texas...Fi's music is ok, but she is a whiney little

hello.... I am not one to attack people with different
viewpoints than mine, so I just have a few comments. I love
Fiona's music, and like the person. I feel pretty damn sorry
for her right about now, because she HAS had a fucked up life
(no matter how tired we are of hearing about it) and now she
has to deal with fame. I just think that in an effort to use
her fame for what she consideres to be good causes (hence the
"go with yourself" speech) she has made a few mistakes. (
Admittedly she wasn't expecting to win and was a bit drunk when
she made that infamous speech, remember?) How many celeb's can
you think of that have fucked up royally? People do stupid
things every day, its just that if they are famous everyone
hears about it. How do we know what Fiona wants anyways? With
so many damn people criticizing her every move, of course it is
impossible for her to "Go with herself" now. Everyone is always
going to think she is doing whatever she does as a reaction to
opinions.
I thought your site was funny, but lacking any maturity and
therefore unconvincing. I wonder how many people commenting
here follow her actions well enough to comment on them... I
mean if they all hate her so much, why waste their time
analyzing her to pieces? Good site though!

OK..i have read your page and i would like to tell you that i
think it is pretty cool. It is very creative and hilarious. I
have a message for all you "fiona lovers" If you love your
little anorexic singer..then don't get so offended when someone
makes a comment about her..it is called FREEDOM OF SPEECH...and
we all have opinions about everything..that is why this culture
is SO diverse. Maybe goin to the extent of "hating'' her isn't
cool..but what the hell..who cares. And it is also amusing how
the "fiona lovers" they always start off their posts with "i
hate you i hate i hate you" i found this sorta of hypocritical
since they are yellin at the creator's of the page for hating
Fiona. All in all...it isn't like all you Fiona followers dont'
hate a certain singer..it is just you don't have the
intelligence to make a cool webpage about it..hehe. i will

Man, man, man. Where to start? I'll tell you right now
that I am a fan of Fiona. I know she gets on a lot of people's
nerves, but it's not like she's the first person to ever do so.
I would love to sit down with you guys and argue over and over
again about Fiona. But I wont. You see, the thing is, yeah
Fiona can be annoying, yeah, she can be a psycho bitch, but
come on! If you dont like her, that's one thing, but look how
much of your own time you've spent on making this site. Sure,
that's your own time and yours to deal with, but personally I
dont see how one person could cause so much negativity. My main
grudge first off is that if you're going to joke about Fiona,
you should know at least know her. I mean KNOW her, and it
takes a liftime to KNOW someone, sometimes more.
So you pride yourselves on the fact that you're intellingent
people and will not waste time dealing with nasty hate mail.
This is a good idea. But if someone held themself so high as to
not be bothered with this, you have to wonder what it is about
them that is so important. In other words, "Don't you have
something better to do?" but this little site here is
completely your choice to do, so that speaks for itself about
you. Now I do not claim to KNOW fiona either, but think of all
the energy you spent on making this place where you could have
been doing something positive.
I think Fiona herself might actually get a kick out of seeing
this. But while you are obviously intelligent people, I bet a
lot of the people who come to your site probably just dont like
Fiona cause it's the thing to do. You make this site in humor
towards Fiona, while other people actually despise Fiona to
death. And you poke fun at her by criticizing and criticizing
her personality, but is that really fair? She made her album in
her teens and all the fame kind of blew up in her face. It's
not like she had plans to become a celebrity. I think she's
learning to cope with it by taking a lot of humor thats
directed toward humor, but that is no reason to keep dishing it
out. I as well as a lot of others can tell you that constant
discrimination gets to everyone after a while, even
celebrities. So when you have your lives broadcasted and
criticized by millions I hope you're ready for a lot of jokes
by people who dont know you, people who never will know you. I
know that you didnt say much about Fiona yourself and just
clipped peices of articles and quotes about her, and so I'm not
going to argue about those. However, in your cute little survey
a large number of people dont like Fiona because she "dissed
Tori." I cant believe people as intelligent as yourselves would
actually read something so blunt as "she's like a poster child
for rape" and accept that as what actually happened. Fiona was
talking about the dangers of becoming a poseter child for
anything, something she has in turn done to herself being the
'loose cannon'. My message to you on that is not to assume or
joke about anything when stuff like that happens, because that
is how wars can get started. I guess instead of having you take
down this site, I'd rather have you at least put some time into
it, and then realise that what your doing may be funny, but
that doesn't mean it's right, and have you change it into a
positive Fiona site. I bet if you looked at what she does and
says with an open mind, sooner or later you might begin to
understand her and start to like her. But I do think if this is
going to continue as an anti-Fiona site, it needs to be
accurate, it needs be presented so that when kids come here
just to laugh at what a stupid bitch fiona is, they might
actually stop and think about why they're joking about her.

I am signing the guestbook for no other reason than to
inform you that Fiona did NOT dis Tori. A reporter with SPIN
magazine misinterpreted her. She said that did not want to be
the poster girl for rape, and, I'm guessing this reporter took
that as a comment about Tori, when, in fact, it had nothing to
do with her. Fiona even wrote a letter to SPIN dealing with the
subject. You can hate Fiona all you want, but, please, don't be
ignorant, and hate her for the right reasons. All of your other
reasons for hating Fiona are fairly good reasons, and, although
I disagree with you, for an "I hate Fiona site," this site is

I know that this site is purely for your en-joyment, and
I know I had the choice to enter, but I don't feel that this
page is right.Why don't you filter all this I Hate I hate stuff
and make it a kick ass page about someone you do like.People
can get really hurt and affended by the matterss of which you

Beautiful site...someone needed to do it, and lo it was
done. This site is a gift to everyone who is sick and tired of
all these whining 20-year old pansies whinging and cringing
about their terrible lives. Oh poor Fiona, the daughter of rich
parents, brought up in the ever-so-tough all-white suburbs of
Southern California, boo-effin'-hoo. Then when Janeane Garofalo
makes fun of her completely stupid MTV speech, her best
response is to say Janeane "has an eating disorder," which is
just her pansy-ass new-age Southern California way of saying
"she's fat, nyah!" Janeane's little finger in a Playtex glove
is more sexy than Fiona Apple stark naked. Deliver us from
these effin' whiners who bitch about everything and have no
solutions. "Look at meeeeeeee, I'm a viiiiictim!" Yeah, you're
a victim of your own hype, Fiona. I look forward to seeing her
CD's in the bargain bin right next to Lisa Lisa, Mariah Carey,

YO ! Fellow heat addled southeners : I like Fiona's music
and her appearance . I do think that she is young and naive
with her media dealings , but it sure hasn't hurt record sales
. I never equate popularity with quality though . So she's an
idiot that that vomits forth assinine comments like an ipeccac
dosed infant ; i still like her record . She may learn to be
more guarded with her interviews ; or she may disappear back to
her own private idaho . I hope she keeps making records , but
I'll survive if she doesn't . I wish I had the free time you
guys have to waste on this page . I don't see your complaints
being worth the effort . Try quake 2 on mplayer ; you'll get to
frag people and it will eat up all your spare time . Grades

Personally i think this site rules. All the people that
like Fiona and are criticizing this page shut up! I know you're
criticizing something you hate too. People should have the
right to voice opinions and not have them blocked out by stupid
people. (Hippies?)
I can see you put alot of work into this site. When
exactly did she insult Tori? If it was in that Spin thing, I
think it was misunderstood.Anyway, Your site is ALOT more
civilised than most hate sites.Most are just ranting and

She probably doesn't think she has any bit of a harder
life that anyone else has had. Maybe she doesn't even think
that she's the only one out there in the universe that's had
bad experiences. She just learns from what she's been through
and shows her feelings through her writing. I woulden't even
actually call har a singer, I'd consider her a writer. As a
matter of fact, I don't even like her voice. And the very worst
part about her is the way she looks. To me, it looks as though

I got one....I am a 21 year old black female and like my
other black female friends we HATE how Fiona likes to brag
about how people , before they saw her, thought she was a sixty
year old black woman. I say, "Like hell they did...Ain't no way
anyone would confuse a young white girl for an older black
woman. Only an idiot would. And another one...the whole Maya
Angelou thing. She needs to shut up about it. Maya Angelou is
not the be all and end all of poetry. I don't particularly like
Angelou myself. Having said that, I do like Fiona's MUSIC but
as a person Fiona could stand to be sent back to the factory
she was ordered from for a thoroughly good retooling.
First of all, someone who disses Tori can't possibly
expect to not get a response of hate. Tori Amos could kick
Fiona's skinny ass any day! Did you notice how all of Fiona's
songs are about one little teenage realtionship gone sour
(which she alledgedly broke up)? Gawd. Who gives a shit.
Despite the obvious eating disorder and reaking hypocrisy, I
don't care for Fiona Apple's music. She's on drugs on all
shapes and colors and drinks . . . I don't find dependence on
drugs a characteristic of a strong person (as everyone claims
she is).
